Diosgenin is a kind of hormones′ maternal compounds with a variety of biological activity,and becoming an important drug for treating cancer gradually,which is extracted from diosgenin branch′s plants.All kinds of determination of diosgenin are reseached,and the application of ELISA in the diosgenin determination is introduced focally.
