Effect of light quality on the anthocyanin,phenolic and flavonoid compounds of strawberry fruits

The influence of different light films under identical light intensity on the changes of anthocyanin,phenolic and flavonoid compounds of strawberry fruits was studied.The results showed: the anthocyanin content determined under different light films in the order: yellow filmgreen film and white filmblue filmred film,which were correlated with far-red/red ratios;phenolic content: blue filmgreen filmyellow filmwhite filmred film,which were correlated with red/far-red(R/FR)ratios negatively.The flavonoid content change resembled those of phenolic.
