The gas carburizing process at low temperature in multi-furnace for 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel was introduced.The problem of non uniform carburizing coating was solved.The results show that the carburized case uniformity can be ensured through sand blasting or phosphating before carburizing,and NH3 is filled during carburizing.
