Study of Effects of SKI-2053R Inhibiting Proliferation of Gastric Carcinoma Cell Line

Objective To study the effect of SKI-2053R on SGC-7901 cell line.Methods MTT assay was used to test the effects of SKI-2053R on SGC-7901 cells proliferation.Flow cytometry was employed to measure changes of the cell cycle and the expression of PCNA after the treatment of the drug.Results SKI-2053R inhibited proliferation of SGC-7901 cell line,changed the distribution of the cell cycle and decreased the expression of PCNA of the cancer cell.Conclusions SKI-2053R can significantly inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cell line and the action mechanism may be correlate with the low expression of PCNA of the cancer cell.
