Flocculation of Candida Y-10 by self made flocculant was presented, which was shown to be better than other flocculants. The effects of environmental conditions on flocculation were also studied, and the optimum flocculation conditions were: pH=8.1, temperature 25℃, flocculant 16.6 g/L. Flocculation mechanism and dynamics was also discussed.
