The Methods Realizing the Purpose of Public Interest——Focus on the Administrative Licensing Law

Public interest is the interest of the majority of people of a certain extent,and its range of subject and content of interest vary along with circumstances.Since it is very difficult to define the concept of public interest accurately,we should take respect to realize the aim of public interest.Eight articles—subordinate to five type of items involving public interest are concluded in the Administrative Licensing Law,of which the concrete meanings and the methods realizing the aim of public interest are different.
