Reliability Prediction of Instrument and Control Equipment of Nuclear Power Plant

From the instrument and control(I C)card-boards of K3appraisal testing conducted in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant to choose the totaliser FE7C12、function generator FE7C21 and threshold relay FE7F12 three kinds of card-boards as demons tration,this paper briefs the prediction procedure and method of reliability and the comparison of reliability prediction results of eard-boards' electronic elements and parts.By using the series-connected model prediction,the failure rate,mean life and yearly reliability degree ete.reliability parameters of card-boards are obtained,providing the basis for measuring the reliability of I C equipment of nuclear power plant.
