Analysis of silver coating yellowing after high temperature baking

The reason for silver coating yellowing after high temperature baking was analyzed from five aspects,such as film-protecting agent,Ag layer thickness,inter-mediate layer,substrate and plating process. Two methods were suggested for solving the problem: (1) increasing the thickness of Ag layer; (2) plating a Ni layer prior to Ag plating.
