摘要
Objective: To study decomposed recipes of Huanglian Xiangru Decoction and screen out effective combination of Chinese herbs on anti-influenza virus H1N1.Methods: Mice were infected with influenza virus H1N1 to establish viral pneumonia models.Huanglian Xiangru Decoction and its decomposed recipes were administrated daily for treatment,positive group and normal group were set up simultaneously.The lung index and its inhibition ratio of mice were calculated in each group.The pathologic changes in lung tissues of mice were observed.Results: Positive group,Moslae Herba group,Coptidis Rhizoma-Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex group and Huanglian Xiangru Decoction group all highly reduced lung index compared with model group.Their lung index inhibition ratios were 31.43 %,47.74 %,47.74 % and 41.74% respectively and their pathologic changes were improved obviously.Conclusion: Moslae Herba,Coptidis Rhizoma-Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and Huanglian Xiangru Decoction all have strong inhibitory effects on influenza virus H1N1.
