Design of a Novel LED Daylight Lamp

A novel LED daylight lamp is designed by high power LED with long life.White LED is achieved using metal substrate,high power LED chip and effective phosphor,twelve white high power LEDs are arrayed in one daylight lamp,suitable ray distributing is obtained by optimized reflector.Results show that luminous efficiency of the high power LED is 54lm/W,rendering index is over 80,LED daylight lamps are aged at 350mA for 5000 hours,luminous flux keeps to 87%,luminous efficiency keeps to 43lm/W,which meets the requirements of lighting applications.
