Value of fetal pelvic ultrasound examination in diagnosis of anorectal malformation with rectobulbar fistula

Videoclip S1 Fetal transpelvic evaluation through maternal transvaginal route revealed bladder filled with urine and bowel filled with meconial beads. Prostate was identified, and fistula was visualized by following anterior to prostate without invading its structure. Combination of meconial beads and preserved structure of bladder and prostate suggested diagnosis of rectobulbar fistula.
