摘要
Developing bifunctional electrocatalysts with good stability and high electroactivity is of vital importance for overall water splitting. Herein, three-dimensional self-supporting Ni2P nanosheet arrays on stainless steel mesh (Ni2P/SSM) electrocatalysts were synthesized and evaluated for both oxygen evolution reactions (OER) and hydrogen evolution reactions (HER). The Ni2P/SSM exhibited excellent OER performance in alkaline media with only an overpotential of 0.35 V to drive a current density of 100 mA cm−2. In addition, the Ni2P/SSM electrodes delivered a current density of 10 mA cm−2 for HER at the overpotential of 0.12 V.
