摘要
A wide range of furo[2,3-b]pyridine and furo[2,3-b]dihydropyridine derivatives, which might be of value in biomedicinal chemistry and materials science, are divergently delivered through Ag(I)-catalyzed tandem cycloisomerization/cyclization reactions between enyne-amides and enaminones just by tuning the reaction conditions. The products could be conveniently transformed into various derivatives.
