Top advances of the year: Sarcoma

This article describes three advancements in sarcoma care in the past year, including a trial supporting immunotherapy in specific soft tissue sarcomas, Food and Drug Administration approval of a T‐cell therapy for synovial sarcoma, and long‐term efficacy data for a gamma‐secretase inhibitor in desmoid tumors. These advances represent a shift toward more effective, targeted treatments across a variety of challenging tumors.
