Commutators of Parabolic Fractional Maximal Operators on Parabolic Total Morrey Spaces

ABSTRACT In this paper, the main goal is to provide necessary and sufficient conditions for the boundedness of parabolic fractional maximal commutators and commutators of the parabolic fractional maximal operator in parabolic total Morrey spaces with symbols belonging to parabolic Lipschitz spaces , as a result of which some new characterizations of parabolic Lipschitz spaces and non‐negative parabolic Lipschitz function spaces are obtained.
