On the instrument development of clinical students’ creativity assessment

Analyzed creativity and the elements of creativity, and on the basis of Sternberg’ s investment theory of creativity and Lewin’ s force field analysis we constructed the creativity assessment framework of clinical students. Then through literature review and focus group discussion we developed the creativity assessment instrument for clinical students’ creativity. At the same time, we hope to provide quantitative evidence for the selection and cultivation of creative talents. Key words: Clinical students; Creativity; Creativity theory; Assessment
