The Processing Method of Chinese Characters in TCL Scripting Language

For solving the difficult problem of testing Chinese characters in TCL scripting language (ActiveTcl 8.5.7.0), deeping analysis of the TCL language processing mechanism about the Chinese characters, prposing one processing method of Chinese characters based on GBK encoding. Solving the generation of Chinese characters, excluding idle codes and the displaying problem on TCL testing platform. Extending a TCL command, the realization of judge the length of Chinese characters correctly. So the processing about Chinese characters on the TCL platform becomes simple.
