Microprobe analysis of the samples from regolith luna 16

Abstract The preparation of the lunar particles from the regolith of LUNA 16 for the electron microprobe analysis is described. The possibility to use this instrument for the surface features study and chemical composition determination of this unique material is shown. The discussion of the results of different measuring procedures is presented. 31 photographs are shown.
