Improved thermoelectric performance of bilayer Bi2O2Se by the band convergence approach

The first-principles calculations show that band convergence can be achieved by decreasing the interlayer distance of bilayer Bi₂O₂Se, which is beneficial to improve its thermoelectric performance.
