Study of Inhomogeneous Catalytic Oxidation Reaction of Piperidine Sterically Hindered Amine Compounds

Piperidine sterically hindered amine free radicals were synthesized,catalyzed by ion exchange resin supported Sn(Ⅱ).The yield of free radical was more than 98%.The catalyst was prone to be recycled and after being reused 10 times,the yield of free radical was above 97% yet.The reaction mechanism was put forward.The optimal reaction conditions obtained were:mole ratio of H 2O 2 to 4 substitute 2,2,6,6 tetramethylpiperidine 1.6∶1.0,amount of catalyst used 5%(based on the amount of 4 substitute 2,2,6,6 tetramethylpiperidine),reaction temperature 70～75 ℃ and reaction time 10 h.StudyofInhomogen
