Treatment of Analogue Wastewater Containing Cr(VI) through Electrolysis with Ion-exchange Film

In this paper,the experiment on treatment of wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ) through electrolysis with ion-exchange film is carried out,the optimal process parameter were determined through the orthogonal tests.The results showed that,when cell voltage was 2.5 V,the pH value was 7,process time was 6h,the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)was 50 mg/L,the content of Cr(Ⅵ) in waste water can be reduced to 0.5 mg/L which meets the requirement of national standard for discharging of wastewater(≤0.5 mg/L).
