A Review of Literatures on Openness Measuring

Though there are a large number of research literatures on openness measuring, until now, there is no any commonly accepted definition of openness.This leads to the research literatures on openness measuring a little in disorder.This paper firstly cleans out the definition of openness in different literatures, and then makes a detailed review on research literatures on openness measuring as far as possible.
