In order to explore the laws of shell charge explosion and damage in concretes,the numerical simulations were carried out by using the AUTODYN-2D software about the shell charge and no shell charge explosive damage in conretes,and the results indicate:the effective destructive radius R2 under no-shell charge is smaller than the value under more thin shell charge,but it is bigger than the value under more thick shell charge.This conclusion basically tallies with the experiments.The steel shell′s influence on the lastest damage effect is decided by its thickness.
