The preparation of two-component polyurethane waterproof coatings

The two-component polyurethane waterproof coatings were synthesized by the method of prepolymer based on mixed polyether polyols,toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and composite chain extenders.The effects including the percentage of different polyether polyols,the percentage of NCO in prepolymer,the type and amount of catalysts,mixture ratio of composite chain extenders,and content of liquid state and solid state filling materials on polyurethane coatings performance were particularly discussed.The properties of the obtained two-component polyurethane waterproofing coats were excellent.
