Research Progress of the Back Silicon and Black Silicon Solar Cells

The special structure of the black silicon can greatly reduce the light reflection on silicon surface and improve the conversion efficiency of silicon solar cells effectively.The up-to-date preparation techniques of black silicon are reviewed.The major preparation techniques include pulsed femtosecond laser method,chemical etching method,reactive ion etching method and electrochemical etching method.The applications of the solar cells of black silicon are also reviewed.Finally,the development tendency of black silicon and its application are predicted.
