Finite element analysis and structural improvement of the discharge chute in vibration feeder based on ANSYS

To identify the cause of fatigue failure of the vibration feeder's discharge chute under the condition of alternate loads caused by exciting force,the paper uses ANSYS software to build finite element model and analyzes harmonic response to find out the weak point of the chute structure,offering a solution to the fatigue failure problem.It provides a basis for the optimal design of vibration feeder.
