Application of early enteral nutrition in gastroenteritic surgery

Objective: To study the clinical application of early enteral nutrition in gastroenteritic surgery.Methods: 40 patients after gastrointestinal surgery were divided into two groups randomly.The early enteral nutrition group received early enteral nutrition in 12 h after gastrointestinal surgery,The contrast group received enteral nutrition after the recovery of exhaust.The changes in nutritional state and the recovery of gastrointestinal function between the two groups were contrasted.Results: There were no differences in measurement items,such as: body weight,hemoglobin,liver function,renal function and dielectric medium,between the two groups(P 0.05),but the plasma protein and prealbumin in the patients undergoing early enteral nutrition support was significantly higher than that of those not subject to early enteral nutrition support(P 0.05).The recovery time of exhaust and defecationin the patients undergoing enteral nutrition was significantly shorter than that of those not subject to enteral nutrition(P 0.05).Conclusion: Early entral nutrition can improve the nutritional condition and immunity function of the patients undergoing gastroenteritic surgery,can obtain very good value in clinic.
