摘要
Objective:To study the change of cerebral hemodynamics of patients with dizziness by TCD and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and therapy. Method:262 patients with dizziness were tested bilateral middle cerebral artery (MCA)、 (anterior cerebral artery)ACA、 vertebral artery (VA)and basilar artery (BA)by TCD. Result:Among 262 patients with dizziness, the blood flow velocities in 142 cases (54.20%)were increased and were reduced in 70 cases (26.72%)and were normal in 50 cases (19.08%). The abnormal blood flow velocities were mainly located in basilar artery system, with significant difference in sex (字2=62.7500,P0.05). Conclusion:The change of cerebral hemodynamics of patients with dizziness mainly demonstrate high speed of blood flow (in female)or low one (in male)in vertebra basilar artery system, and some accompany with increase and reduction of the velocity of blood flow of anterior circulation arterial.
