Discussion on the Meanings,Methods and Steps for Farmland Reservation under New Circumstance

This authors discussed the situation of new countryside construction,the meanings and feasibility of farmland reservation under new circumstance.They put forward three models of farmland reservation and the relevant operation styles.The authors also expounded the practice of farmland reservation and the safeguard policy on funds origin,working period,admission conditions,reuse after some time and other aspects.
