The heat aging performance of nitrile rubber was researched which include choosing of rubber, sulphuration system,aging inhibitor,bulk additive,choosing of reinforced plastical agent and sulphuration process.It improved the heat aging performance of nitrile rubber through optimizing the recipe of additive.This give reference to the customs of nitrile rubber.
