Studies on the Influence of Temperature and pH on the Stability of Overall Paeoniflorin

Objective To study on the influence of temperature and pH on the stability of overall paeoniflorin by using content of the paeoniflorin as the index.MethodsExperiment was carried on with different temperature and pH condition,and determined the change of contents of paeoniflorin by HPLC after placed some time.Results Paeoniflorin was uinstable when the temperature was above 60℃.ConclusionThe overall paeoniflorin is unstable with high temperature.
