Influence of Jiuxin capsule on expression of adhesion molecule in injured endothelial cell

s: To observe the protective function of Jiuxin capsule on endothelial cell by inhibiting the expression of adhesion molecule in injured endothelial cell. Injured endothelial cell model was established by hypoxia and giving low density lipoprotein(LDL). The effect of two kinds of different solutions:sterilized extract fluids of Chinese herbs and drug-carried serum were administered. The expression of adhesion molecule was determined by immunocytochemistry. Obviously increased expression of adhesion molecule was observed after injury of endothelial cell,Jiuxin capsule decreased its expression significantly.[Conclusion] Jiuxin capsule has a good protective action against endothelial cell injury.It can produce a delay in occurrence and development of coronary heart diseases by preventing endothelial cell injury induced by inflammatory mediators.
