To use ofloxacin in fish bacteria disease therapy,we determined plasma drug concentration in different time by HPLC after ofloxacin being administered orally mixed in feedstuff.Data were analysed by MCPKP pharmacokinetic software.The Ofloxacin concentration-time data were fitted to a one-compartment open model.The main pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows:T_(1/2ka) (0.621 67) h;T_(1/2k) (15.964 05) h;Cmax (2.775 89) mg/L,tp (3.029 598) h,AUC 72.934 mg/L·h,TCP(ther) (5.441 0) h.The results showed that ofloxacin was absorbed fast and distributed extensively in fish.Cmax was high and drugs were eliminated slowly.The time of effective bactericidal concentration was long.All these suggested that Ofloxacin can be used to prevent and treatment the bacteria disease in fish.
