Fatigue Life Prediction Model for Nickel-Based Directionally Solidified Superalloy Considered Complex Loading and Orientation

In order to solve the problems of orientation related and complex loading for directionally solidi fied superalloy,a life model was developed based on cyclic damage accumulation(CDA) method by modify ing orientation function,stress,strain,strain ratio,and dwell time.The model was verified with the test re sults of DZ125.The model has shown good adaptability because the predicted and experimental data were fell into the factor of 3 scatter band.
