Synthesis and Evaluation of Molecular Print Polymers of Benzoic Acid

Two molecular print polymers (MIPs) which have specific molecule recognition ability to benzoic acid are synthesized with benzoic acid as template by molecular imprinting technique (MIT).The result shows that the in- teraction between benzoic acid and MAA is stronger than that of benzoic acid and AM,This has significant meaning in the application of MIT in the separation and enrichment of benzoic acid in complex samples.
