Analysis of the Characteristic Volatile Compounds of Fanjingshan 'Cuifeng' Tea

The volatile components of Fanjingshan'Cuifeng'tea were extracted using solid phase microextraction(SPME),and then were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that fifity compounds were identified from Fanjingshan 'Cuifeng' tea.The main constituents of Fangjingshan 'Cuifeng' tea were Nonanal(9.11%),Undecanal(6.17%),1-Pentanol(4.75%),Matsutake alcohol(4.18%),2,3-Octanedione(3.64%),1-Octanol(3.14%),Cedrol(3.13%),Linalool(2.96%),Octanal(2.59%),Hexanal(2.53%).
