The article presents the results of a study of new ceramic materials formed in the MeO–Cr2O3–Bi2O3 (Me = Sr, Ca) system in the solid-phase synthesis and pyrolysis of organo-salt compositions using mannitol as fuel. The total electrical conductivity of the synthesized samples at 600°C ranges from 3.82 × 10–4 up to 1.0 × 10–2 S/cm, and the activation energy of conduction Ea lies in the range from 0.564 to 0.842 eV. The charge transfer in the obtained solid electrolytes is of a mixed nature; however, a significant part (≥90%) is occupied by the oxygen-ion component.
