摘要
We report a one-pot protocol for the efficient synthesis of C-alkyl glycosides from bench-stable and readily available glycosyl esters. This method integrates iodination and radical addition with activated alkenes in a single operation, offering a time- and step-economical route to diverse glycoside derivatives. The reaction proceeds under mild conditions and demonstrates excellent diastereoselectivity across a broad range of hexose sugars. Further mechanistic investigations have revealed that the reaction proceeds via a radical pathway.
