摘要
ABSTRACT Wearable sensors for continuous biomarker monitoring in bodily fluids have attracted increasing attention due to their significant potential in disease diagnosis and health management. Alterations in stress and emotional states can induce measurable changes in specific biomarkers, underscoring the need for wearable sensing platforms capable of rapid, in situ, and real‐time detection. Although considerable progress has been made in the development of highly‐performing wearable sensors for stress‐ and emotion‐ related biomarkers, a comprehensive overview of recent advances in this field remains lacking. This review first introduces the fundamental technologies underlying wearable biosensors, with a particular focus on electrochemical and optical sensing principles. It then systematically categorizes stress‐ and emotion‐associated biomarkers and summarizes recent research progress in wearable biosensors for monitoring a broad spectrum of stress‐ and emotion‐associated targets, including neurobiological, endocrine, immune, and other relevant markers. Finally, key challenges and future perspectives of wearable sensors for stress and emotion monitoring are discussed, highlighting their potential role in enabling continuous, non‐invasive assessment and advancing emerging paradigms of sustainable and personalized health management.
