摘要
ABSTRACT Large‐area flexible luminescent film plays an essential role in next‐generation applications of wearable optoelectronic and display technologies. Although perovskite nanocrystals based flexible light‐emitting diodes have been explored, their practical applications are hindered by aggregation caused luminescence quenching and serious toxicity of Pb 2+ ion. To address these issues, we herein take advantage of zero‐dimensional (0D) organic‐inorganic hybrid antimony halide as luminescent materials, achieving high‐performance flexible luminescent textiles. These [SbCl 5 ] 2− ‐based halides display strong broadband yellow to red emissions from self‐trapped excitons with near‐unity quantum yields. Subsequently, we successfully fabricate flexible nanofibers, large‐area film, and wearable textiles by combining these halide nanoparticles and polymers through typical electrospinning technology. These flexible devices still display highly efficient and stable luminescence with excellent mechanical bendability, stretchability, foldable feature, and water resistance. Meanwhile, multicolor luminescent inks were also assembled to print deformable luminescent anti‐counterfeiting pattern. Furthermore, these flexible membranes exhibit exceptional scintillation performance with high light yield (28 500 photons·MeV −1 ), low detection limit (71 nGyair·s − 1 ), and robust radiation resistance, enabling high‐resolution curving X‐ray imaging (16.8 lp/mm) for medical diagnosis and nondestructive inspection. This work represents a significant step toward real applications of 0D metal halide in dual‐mode flexible displays and X‐ray visualization, paving the way for multifunctional wearable optoelectronic systems.
