摘要
Chiral compounds bearing heteroatom‐stereogenic centers become increasingly significant in modern synthetic chemistry. Among the various strategies developed for their construction, organocatalysis has attracted considerable attention due to its distinct advantages, including high efficiency, good functional group tolerance, and operational simplicity. In this review, we present a comprehensive overview of organocatalytic approaches for the construction of heteroatom‐stereogenic (boron, nitrogen, and sulfur) centers. The discussion is organized according to the types of the heteroatom, covering boron‐, nitrogen‐, and sulfur‐stereogenic centers in separate sections. Within each section, the content is further categorized based on reaction type and substrate class to facilitate a clear and accessible presentation of the state of the art.
