摘要
Abstract In 1990, the first nationwide survey of migraine using the International Headache Society (IHS) criteria for the diagnosis of migraine was conducted in France on a representative sample of residents aged 15 years and more. Headache sufferers were classified as IHS migraine, ‘borderline’ migraine, possible migraine, and non- migrainous headache. The study found an overall prevalence of HIS-migraine of 8.1%; another 4% of patients being classified as ‘borderline’ migraine, which we in fact considered as definite migraine.
