摘要
ABSTRACT This paper presents a compact bandpass filter with low insertion loss based on a GaAs substrate, utilizing integrated passive device (IPD) technology. The filter introduces parallel and grounding capacitors to the intertwined spiral inductor structure. Based on the intertwined spiral inductor structure, the filter achieves low insertion loss and extends the stopband by incorporating grounded capacitors. The fabricated filter, with a size of 0.011λ 0 × 0.0082λ 0 , achieves an insertion loss of 0.73 dB at a center frequency of 2.67 GHz, two transmission zeros are located at 5.46 GHz and 7.77 GHz, achieving a ‐20 dB stopband over the frequency range of 4.62–8.28 GHz.
