Body dysmorphia and eating disorders in patients with hidradenitis suppurativa

Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is known to be associated with a psychological burden on patients. Additionally, weight management and habit modification are often part of a multifaceted approach to care for patients with HS. Given that information, we explore the relationship between HS and eating disorders to better understand the relationship between the condition, lifestyle modifications, body image and psychiatric comorbidities.
