Rapid, label-free histopathological diagnosis of liver cancer based on Raman spectroscopy and deep learning

The code for the CNN model was employed in the distinction between Raman spectra collected from hepatic carcinoma tissues and adjacent non-tumour tissues and the recognition of different hepatic pathological tissues, including different subtypes, tumour stages, and differentiations.
