摘要
In this work, a new corrosion monitoring system for Q235B and T91 steels that exposed to Zhoushan offshore environment was established by using a portable EN monitoring system based on CompactRIO and atmospheric-corrosion-monitoring probes. Noise resistance was calculated and used as an indicator of corrosion resistance. A 20-day continuous monitoring result indicated that noise resistance correlated well with weight loss data. Wavelet analyses results of EN data indicated that Q235B undergone uniform corrosion and T91 suffered from localized corrosion, which was further confirmed by the surface observation.
