Study on Ion Plating of Bronze/Cu

The research status of ion plating on bronze/Cu was reviewed.The microstructure,composition of plating,microhardness,deposited rate and so on were discussed.The results show that the films are composed of the form of laminate;and the presence of the transition layer can obtain the integrating strength between the film and the substrate.
