摘要
Together with high chromium cast iron(Cr26)and high manganese steel(Mn13Cr2),the impact abrasive wear property of high vanadium high speed steel(HSS) were studied in the experimental machine of dynamic load abrasion tester MLD-10. The abrasive chosen was cobblestone, which grain size was from 1 mm to 3 mm. The results show that the wear resistance of high vanadium HSS(V10)is above 2.1 and 2.8 times than that of high chromium cast iron(Cr26)and high manganese steel(Mn13Cr2)respectively. With the increasing of impact energy, the wear resistance of high vanadium HSS(V10)would be decreased. Compared with high chromium cast iron(Cr26)and high manganese steel(Mn13Cr2), the superiority of the wear resistance of high vanadium HSS is un-conspicuous at high impact energy.(3.
