Research on Construction Projects Bidding Collusion and Prevention Countermeasures

Combining with the research achievements and practical situation of construction projects bidding collusion,this paper summarized the types and expression forms of projects bidding collusion,as well as the statistics of the development in the construction industry in China.The reasons of projects bidding collusion were analyzed.The countermeasures for the prevention of projects bidding collusion were proposed from three aspects:the improvement of overall quality of the bidding participants,the enforcement of law supervision and the adjustment of construction market structure.
