Training Show Ability in Calisthenics Teaching

In calisthenics teaching, not only, the study of maneuver should be stressed, but the cultivation of show ability should be valued more. Only the common existence and perfect combination of the two can the characteristic of calisthenics be reflected accurately on the whole. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the show ability of calisthenics and puts forward the corresponding teaching methods.
